Anemonies for You!

UNFORGETTABLE FRIEND

I saw stripes in the CAS(E) this Sketch! this week. I really love the WPlus9 'Watercolored Anemones' and it seems to fit well with the Simon Says Stamp 'Wide Strip' background stamp. I used Memento 'Nautical Blue' ink pad for the bg. The flowers and leaves where stamped in Distress Inks; cracked pistachio, broken china, shabby shutters and twisted citron. I used a yellow copic marker for the centers. The sentiment is from Altenew's Traveling set.

Blushing Birthday Wishes!

Today's card is for two challenges  at

Blushing BridePear Pizzazz and Wisteria Wonder;  dessert option use Vellum

I stamped the leaves and flowers twice. Once to get the lighter shade by stamping off each color and once with full strength to show the details of the leaves and roses. The wisteria flowers were die cut with Altenew dies that coordinate with the stamps.  I used impression obsession  die for the trellis and the label die is by Lil' inker. The sentiment is stamped onto vellum and fussy cut. The sentiment is from Altenew's 'birthday greetings.

Spring is in the Air!

SPRING IS IN THE AIR!

The Clean and Simple Challenge at Splitcoast Stampers
asks to Think Spring!

Here are my thoughts.
I’ve used SSS101488 Artful Flowers and WPlus9 'Fresh Cut Florals' leaves with a Verve 'Beautiful You set W-08-030' sentiment.

I colored the flowers with Distress Stains in picked raspberry and scattered straw. I used a water brush to apply the colors to the heat embossed in white and die cut flowers. I added yellow stickles in the centers and sparkly tiny stickers.

CC624-A Delightful Garden of Blackberries is the color challenge at Splitcoast Stampers this week.

I’ve used stamps and dies from Altenew’s "Beautiful Day" set. I stamped the leaves and such in DI mowed lawn and colored in with copics in the blackberry look-a-like colors. The Flower is stamped in DI mustard seed and SU Mango. The weather is so unseasonably warm and my daffodils are ready to pop!
