Tea and Flowers

Tuesday Trigger: Now That's My Cup of Tea!

For today's challenge at Tuesday Trigger, I was inspired by the delicate colors on the pretty white porcelain cup with the soft blue saucer. I wanted to show the bolder side of the flowers. My blue pearls pollen represents the saucer. the chevrons are the opposite of the soft curves of the set.

Card Ingredients: Spellbinders Flower creations die, Elizabeth Curvy Leaves die, die-namics chevrons die, Verve sentiment, Yellow liquid pearls, memory box blue pearls.

The CENTRAL THEMEJust Hatched - Spring has sprung

I chose an easter theme using the INSPIRATION this photo
I selected four colors from the Inspiration photo and die cut with chevron die and fussy cut the Verve stamped eggs and hatching chick. The flowers are made with the Martha Steward daisy punch (my favorite).

Think Spring!

For the Free for All Challenge over at SplitcoastStampers (F4A158)
we are to; "Fill 'Er Up With CHEVRONS!"
I used the Die-namics Chevron Stripe die in Bazill purple tones and stamped the Verve flower in Distress ink dusty concord, fussy cut and popped up. The Verve greenery is stamped in Vivid Olive directly onto the card.
