Today at Splitcoaststampers Sketch Challenge #550 we were to choose a Sketch from the past and I chose SC539.
I wanted to use some dies that I just purchased from my favorite stamp and scrap store that closed the doors last week. The only upside is that I might be able to save some money.
The bubble circles in the background represent the panel strip from the sketch. Everything else is just thrown in for decoration. I die cut the rose with Tim Holtz tattered pinecone Bigz die and punched the flowers from yellow mulberry paper, stained the edges with distress inks in fired brick and abandoned coral and a spritz of water.
Supplies used: Lil' Inker stitched circle, memory box Pierson Corner and Leaves dies, Elizabeth 1028-Circles die, Martha Stewart hydrangea punch, Magenta stencil and TH textured paste.
Angela!!!

Hugs to you ♥
Absolutely fabulous card Angela.
ReplyDeleteLove everything about this card. I think I need to go die shopping!
ReplyDeleteOMG Angela, absolutely Stunning card. I love your gorgeous flowers with all your white on white details. I thought your stenciled background was an eb folder. I use stencils and paste often, but never white on white. Adds so much elegance. TFS my friend. Hugs, Nancy
