Game 21 Fussy Cutting
I do enjoy a bit of fussy cutting sometimes. Just in case you are not familiar with the term 'fussy cutting' it is using scissors to cut out shapes and/or designs in stead of die cuts and punches.
My oak leaf stamp is very old but I love it. I used the rock and roll technique to add the browning edges to the leaves. I first stamped the leaf in the main colors (DI fired brick and crushed olive) and then rolled the stamp around the edges in DI brushed corduroy.
I can't wait to see YOUR fussy cutting in the AAA Cards Gallery!
That's an oldie but a goodie for sure! (the stamp) Sometimes you make cards that just leave me breathless- this is one of them! I love the the layout, the dark top is very eye catching and your fussy cuts are splendid. Thank you so much for this creation. Hugs ans smiles, Victoria
