It's BACK! Creating with watercolor techniques sure is fun. This week I've used Derwent Inktense water soluble ink pencils. I die cut the hollyhocks out of watercolor paper and partially colored areas of the blooms. I use the aqua brush to move the colors around for blending. When I was finished with the sections I flicked the brush on the card base. Let's call it hollyhock pollen. Anyway, it was fun. I hope you join us at AAA Cards this week for some watercoloring too!
Beautiful card Angela! I love how it turned out. I will have to try this someday. I really like that it is cut out, it brings it to life. The lace and vase are perfect!
*Hollyhocks pollen* ...brilliant! Angela, your card is gorgeous; love those water-coloured hollyhocks, the oh-so-clever vase, the pretty doily, and, of course, the splatters! Awesome! ~c
