Today's card is for CASology week 92 Garden and
The Ways to Use it Challenge at Splitcoaststampers
is about Arbor Day (Friday, April 25, 2014)
Dogwood is my favorite. What's yours?
I've used Susan Tierney Cockburn's Sizzix Thinlits Dogwood flower dies with a white shimmer paper. The branch is die cut using a Momenta die and the embossed 1/2 background is a Lifestyle Crafts folder. Distress markers colored the tips and the sentiment.
You make the most beautiful cards! This one is gorgeous too.

Stunning Angela. You have certainly done the flowers justice in every way.
ReplyDeleteI love all of them but the "weeping" trees are my favorites.Love the graceful sway they have in breezes.
So beautiful, nice job with those flowers...Hubby bought me for an early birthday present...McGill's paper blossoms punch shapers...so now I can maybe make some shaped flowers too. at least I have some tools to try...smile...
